摘　　要：概述了高校教学联合体图书馆区域流通的背景和意义,介绍了区域流通的几种模式,提出混合模式存在的问题及解决方法,阐述了区域流通系统功能。This paper summarizes the background and significance of establishing the regional circulation ot the libraries of higher education union, introduces several modes of the regional circulation, points out the problems existing in the blend mode and some methods for solving the problems, and expounds the functions of the regional circulation system.
