摘　　要：论述了流通部馆员应具备的素质,提出了加强流通部馆员的素质教育及提升馆员素质的具体措施。This paper discusses the qualities that the personnel of the circulation department should possess, and puts forward some measures for strengthening the quality education for the personnel of the circulation department and improving the qualities of the librarians.
