摘 要:研究了碳酸钙对PA6/PP合金体系材料性能和相形态的影响,并考察了其作用机制。结果表明:碳酸钙的添加可提高材料热变形温度,但会降低其力学性能;在碳酸钙添加的条件下,PP分散相表现出从样品表面至内部,逐渐从薄到厚、从片状到不规则柱状的形态演变规律;以上规律被认为与其添加导致PP/MAPP熔体黏度和强度增大,使之难以在PA6熔融后的相逆转过程中发生凝集破坏而形成近球状的分散相结构有关;一步法和母料法中碳酸钙的作用机制相同,其相形态结构也具有较好的相似性。The influence of CaCO3 on the mechanical properties and morphology of PA6/PP blend and its mechanism of action were investigated. The results showed that the addition of CaCO3 increased heat distortion temperature but the mechanical properties. In the presence of CaCO3 , the morphology of PP dispersed phase was discovered to evolve gradually from thin to thick ,from flake to irregular cylinder from the surface layer to the center of the samples. The above phenomenon was related to the increased viscosity and strength of PP/MAPP melt ,which was difficult to coagulate and destroy to form quasi-sphered disperse phase during phase inversion after the melting of PA6. Furthermore, the mechanism of action of CaCO3 was the same in both one-step and master batch methods, and the phase morphology was similar in samples prepared by the two methods.
