摘　　要：高等教育管理学最具核心价值之处就在于将其特定领域中的各种现象、关系和问题进行抽象,从而让人认识其规律性。与此同时,对理论的盲崇与膜拜、管理的目的理性以及管理实践的贫瘠和非理性等,又反过来制约和影响着高等教育管理学自身理论的构建。The most valuable aspect of higher education administration as a discipline is its generalization of various phenomena, relationships and issues in specific areas so that relevant patterns are understood. In contrast, blind worship of doctrines, poor understanding of the rationality of administration and inadequate experience in administrational practice have a negative impact on the construction of the theory of higher education administration.
