开放获取资源质量评价初探——以中国科技论文在线和中国预印本服务系统为例

摘　　要：随着开放获取资源在世界范围内迅速发展,质量问题对其广泛使用也显得越来越重要。科学评价开放获取资源的质量是促进用户有效利用开放获取资源的关键。本文从开放获取的发展概况、质量评价的必要性、可采用的方法、考虑因素,并以中国科技论文在线和中国预印本服务系统为例对开放获取资源的质量评价进行了论述,最后提出目前存在的三个主要问题及相应对策。With the rapid development of open access resources around the world, quality problem becomes more and more important for its widespread using. It is very important to scientifically evaluate the quality of open access resources for uses to efficiently utilize them. This article makes a discussion on the quality evaluation of open access resources through the development survey of open access,the necessities of quali- ty evaluation,the methods can be used,considerations and take science paper online and preprint service system of China for example, then finally puts forward the three main problems and corresponding solutions in present.
