论我国高校的权力约束与理性自觉

摘　　要：大学权力关系之间不但存在着的一种制度约束,还存在着一种理性限制。行政权力和学术权力在彼此依赖的前提下,行政主体应该追求绩效,学术主体应该积极张扬自由精神,以自律与他律的完备性淡化权力意识凸显能力观念,借以实现权力间的互补和协调。There is a kind of systematic restriction and a kind of rational limitation also between the powers in high educational school. On the basis of the coreliance between administrative power and academic power, the administrative power should seek for the performance, the academic power should foeus on the freedom spirit, and to dime the consciousness of power based on the perfect self --discipline and the heteronomious displine, by whieh shows the idea of competence and to realize the balance and the harmony between the powers.
