苏云金杆菌中国品系Bt ken-Ag 10t罐发酵研究

摘　　要：苏云金杆菌Btken-Ag在10t发酵罐中，以豆饼粉和玉米淀粉为底物发酵30h，发酵液毒力效价平均达2096IU／μL。粉剂产品回收率为84．5％，其性能指标分别达到：毒力效价为17000IU／mg，活孢子数在3×1010个／g以上，细度为95％通过300目标准筛，悬浮率在85％以上，含水量在5％以内，润湿性在15s以下。This paper reported results of reseach on large-scale production of high content powder from 10t fermentor of Bacillus thuringiensis subsp kenyae ken-Ag of China. Fermentation and powder recovery tests showed that toxicity of culture beer averaged 2 096 IU/mg,recovery yield of powder averaged 84.5%. Analysis on products of the podwer indicated that toxicity of the podwer was 17 000IU/mg determined by using Heliothis armigera larvae as tests insect, viable spore count was over 300×108/g, fine-size was 95% through No.300 narrow sieve, suspensible rate was over 85%, and moisture was not over 5%.
