脑卒中伴抑郁焦虑患者的综合性心理干预

摘　　要：目的探讨综合性心理干预对脑卒中伴抑郁焦虑患者的治疗效果。方法将100例脑卒中伴抑郁焦虑患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组患者采用常规治疗、护理及健康教育;观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予综合性心理干预,包括行为干预、支持性心理治疗、放松训练及生物反馈治疗等。对每位患者在干预前和干预6周后分别采用Zung氏抑郁自评量表(SDS)及焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分,并进行对比分析。结果干预前观察组与对照组的SDS及SAS标准分比较差别无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预6周后观察组的SDS及SAS标准分均低于对照组,差别有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论综合性心理干预能有效改善脑卒中患者伴有的抑郁焦虑症状,亦可促进躯体疾病的康复,提高疗效,改善预后。Objective To discuss the effect of comprehensive mental intervention on patients with cerebral apoplexy complicated depression and anxiety. Methods 100 cases of cerebral apoplexy patients with depression and anxiety were divided into observation group （ n = 50） and control group （ n = 50） randomly. Conventional therapy, nurse and health education were given in the control group;based on these, comprehensive psychological intervention were given in the observation group, inclu- ding behavior intervention, supportive psychotherapy, relaxation training and biofeedback therapy, etc. Self-rating depression scale （SDS） and self-rating anxiety scale （SAS） before intervention and after 6 weeks intervention in two groups were evaluated and analyzed. Results There were no statistical significance in SDS and SAS before intervention between observation group and control group （ P 〉 0.05 ）. SDS and SAS after 6 weeks intervention in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Comprehensive psychological intervention could effectively improve the depression, anxiety symptoms of cerebral apoplexy patients, and can promote the rehabilitation of physical disease ,enhance efficacy and prognosis.
