摘 要:战略导向对企业绩效的影响一直是国内外学术界关注的焦点,但研究结论却出现了分歧。在相关研究的基础上,将渐进性创新和突破性创新作为中介变量,构建了市场导向、创新导向对企业绩效影响的概念模型,并以湖南省高新技术开发区的180家企业为样本对其进行了经验检验。研究发现,市场导向和创新导向对企业绩效有显著的正向影响,渐进性创新和突破性创新在其间发挥了重要的中介作用。该结论进一步丰富了战略导向理论,为企业战略导向的实施提供了一种新思路。The effects of strategic orientation on business and abroad academic circles, but mixed findings are found on the extant literature, this study attempts to performance have always been focus in domestic in the steady stream of empirical studies. Based provide a conceptual model for how market orientation and innovation orientation influence business performance using incremental innovation and radical innovation as mediator. An empirical study with a sample of 180 firms from Hunan Province high and new technology industrial development zones then is conducted. The results show that both market orientation and innovation orientation has the positive impact on business performance, and incremental innovation and radical innovation play an important role in mediating this relationship. The findings enrich the theory of strategic orientation further and provide a new thought for the implementation of strategic orientation.
