摘  要:案例教学法以其独特的魅力风靡世界,被认为是代表未来教育方向的成功教育模式,它有助于理论知识与实践能力的同步建构,有助于隐性知识的共享,有助于师生综合素质的提高。然而,我国案例教学实践的开展尚不尽如人意,如传统观念的制约,概念理解的偏颇,教学环节的缺失等,使得案例教学难以取得预期的成效。案例教学法的有效实施有赖于参与性教学理念的树立、教学案例的适当选择、课堂教学的组织与控制以及教师的课后反思。Case teaching becomes very popular over the world for its unique attraction. It is considered as a successful education pattern, which can stand for the future education trend and is helpful to the construction of both theoretical knowledge and practical ability, the share of invisible knowledge, and the advancement of teachers' and students' quality. In China, however, case teaching has not developed enough. The restriction of traditional concepts, wrong understanding of concepts and lack of teaching sections make it difficult to reach expecting purpose. The effective implement of case teaching depends on the establishment of participation concept, proper selection of cases, the organization and control of classroom teaching, and teachers' reflections after the class.
