摘 要:目的了解临床护士的营养护理行为状况。方法采用英国临床护士营养护理行为标准量表,由专职调查者对63名临床护士进行一对一的观察并记录,评判其1 d护理工作中的营养护理行为。结果临床护士6项营养护理行为100%达标,4项部分(6.3%-96.8%)达标,6项无人达标,4项无法观察。结论临床护士的营养护理行为具有片面性和不连续性;规范性的营养护理内容不足、护理工作模式和排班方式、护士营养知识和态度、医护和护患合作不默契等因素影响临床护士营养护理行为。Objective To explore status quo of nurses ' nutritional care behavior. Methods One-to-one researcher-to-participant obser- vation was conducted for 1 day by using Nurses' Nutritional Care Behavior Evaluation Scale, which was designed by the National Health Service(NHS) of England. Results Six items of the scale were achieved totally, 4 were achieved partly, 6 failed, and 4 couldn't observe. Conclusion Nurses' nutritional care was incomplete and discontinuous. Lack of nutritional care standards nursing mode and shift arrangement, nurses' nutritional knowledge and attitude towards patients' nutrition, poor nurse-doctor and nursepatient cooperation were the contributing factors.
