摘 要:目的探讨普卢利沙星与盐酸黄连素进行复方后的体外抑菌活性。方法选择大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、苏云金杆菌和滕黄微球菌作为受试菌株,利用琼脂稀释法测定最小抑菌浓度(M IC),纸片扩散法测定抑菌圈大小,确定最优复方比例。结果复方普卢利沙星的体外抑菌活性明显优于单药普卢利沙星,4种受试细菌对复方普卢利沙星更为敏感,表现在M IC显著降低。普卢利沙星与盐酸黄连素浓度比为5∶64时对4种受试菌均表现出最佳的抑菌效果。结论普卢利沙星与盐酸黄连素复方后的体外抑菌效果优于单药普卢利沙星。Objective To identify the antibacterial activity of prulifloxacin combined with berberine chloride in vitro. Methods The antibacterial activities against Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus thuringiensis and Gambolic Micrococcus were evaluated by agar dilution method and disc diffusion to determine minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) and the inhibition zone. Results Significant reduction of MIC suggested that all strains tested were more sensitive to prulifloxacin combined with berberine chloride than prulifloxacin alone. Furthermore, the optimal concentration ratio for prulifloxacin and berberine chloride was 5 to 64. Conclusion The study reveals that prulifloxacin combined with berberine chloride has better antibacterial activity than prulifloxacin alone in vitro.
