摘　　要：信息网络传播法是调整信息网络传播主体在运用网络传播信息的过程中所形成的各种社会关系的法律规范的总称,它与传统大众传播法有很大差异。目前,我国虽有多种涉及信息网络传播的法律法规,但存在较多不足之处。完善信息网络传播立法,应该遵循传播自由、信息安全、公序良俗和保护合法权益等基本原则,整合规章,科学立法,建立完善、系统的信息网络传播法律制度。Information network dissemination law is the legal norm to adjust all kinds of social relations formed in information dissemination on net by communication subjects. It is different from the traditional mass communication law. Although our country has promulgated some laws and regulations of information-network dissemination, there are some inadequacies. In order to improve the legislation of information network dissemination, we should follow the basic principles of dissemination freedom, information security, public order and morals, and protecting the lawful rights and interests, integrate regulations, scientifically legislate, and establish perfect and systemic legal system of information network dissemination.
