摘  要:目的:观察两种机械方式破坏大鼠结合上皮(JE)后的组织修复过程。方法:12只健康SD大鼠分别用探针、龈下刮治器损伤左、右下前牙JE,于2、7、14、21d处死大鼠,HE、PCNA染色,镜下观察计数。结果:第2天大量炎细胞浸润,上皮PCNA阳性细胞散在分布;第7天炎症减轻,上皮PCNA阳性率开始增加,增殖并部分和牙面贴附;14d纤维组织增殖明显,上皮增厚;21dJE基本修复。结论:龈下刮治对牙周损伤比探损伤重;结缔组织的快速增殖可能会阻止LJE形成。Objective: To investigate the tissue repair process of rat after junctional epithelium(JE) was damaged by two different mechanical methods. Methods : JE tissue of left and right mandibular incisors of 12 healthy SD rats was damaged by probe and subgingival curette. Rats were executed 2, 7, 14 and 21days, the tissue was stained with HE and PCNA and inveatigated under microscope. Results: A large number of inflammatory cells were found infiltrated in the tissue at the second day and the PCNA positive cells were scattered in the epithelium. The epithelium began to attach to the surface of the tooth with reduced inflammation at the 7th day and the ratio of PCNA positive cells began to increase. The proliferation of fibrous tissue began evident at the 14th day accompanied with thickened oral epithelium and JE was nearly repaired at 21 th day. Conclusion: Subgingival curette did more damage to periodontal tissue than probe and the rapid growth of connective tissue may impede the formation of LIE.
