摘 要:目的:研究γ-甲基丙烯酰氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷(γ-MPS)对SP1SiO2、α-Si3N4及α-Si3N4~SP1SiO2熔附体无机填料表面的修饰作用。方法:1)用醋酸乙醇(95%)水溶液(pH4.5~5.5)水解γ-MPS,制备成浓度为25%的水解液(Wt%);2)3种无机填料在环己烷和正丙胺溶液中25℃恒温水域回流搅拌,分4次滴入25%水解液处理40min(终浓度:4%γ-MPS、2%正丙胺Wt%);3)洗涤、抽滤至pH值中性加入环己烷(1:20Wt%),90℃恒温水浴和负压下干燥后恒温箱中120℃维持2h制作试样,表面结构测试。结果:3种无机填料表面的H-O-H特征峰消失,出现了C=C和C=O两个新特征峰,表明γ-MPS已接枝于3种填料表面。结论:γ-MPS在3种无机填料表面形成整体覆盖的修饰作用。Objective : To study the modificatory effect of -γ - MPS on the fusing inorganic fillers surface of SP1 Si02, α-Si3 N4 and α-Si3N4 - SP1 SiO2. Methods: V- MPS was hydrolyzed by acetic acid with ethanol (95%) solution (pH 4.5 - 5.5 ) and generated hydrolyzate( Wt% ) whose concentration was 25% ;Three kinds of inorganic filler was stired back flow in the cyclohexane and propylamine solution under the constant temperature 25℃. We dripped them into hydrolyzate (25%) 4 times and each was dealed for 40 minutes (final concentration: 4% γ- MPS, 2% propylamine Wt% ) ; After washed ,leached to neutral pH value by adding cyclohexane (1:20 Wt% ), 90℃ constant temperature water bath and dried under vacuum in the incubator 120℃ for 2 hours, the sample was maded and then tested the surface structure. Results: The H - O - H characteristic absorption bands on the surfaces of the three kinds of inorganic fillers were all disappeared and two new bands C = C and C = O appeared. The strength of Si - OH and Si - O - Si characteristic absorption bands didnt change significantly. Conclusion : The modificatory effect of 3' - MPS on the surface of the three kinds of inorganic fillers is overall eoveraged.
