经直肠超声引导下前列腺穿刺活检诊断前列腺癌的临床意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨经直肠超声引导下前列腺穿刺活检诊断前列腺癌的临床价值。方法:直肠指检,血清PSA>4ng/mL及经直肠超声检查前列腺声像图异常,怀疑有占位性病变的56人进行经直肠超声引导的前列腺穿刺活检。结果:56例行前列腺穿刺的病人中前列腺癌20例,前列腺增生33例,前列腺结核2例,前列腺平滑肌肉瘤1例。结论:经直肠超声引导的前列腺穿刺活检其操作简单,病人痛苦小,并发症少,较安全。在前列腺癌及其他前列腺疾病的诊断与鉴别诊断中有重要的临床意义。Objective：To evaluate the clinical value of transrectal ultrasound guided biopsy of prostate in detecting pmstatatic cancer. Methods：Transrectal ultrasound guided biopsy was performed on 56 patients whose digital rectal examination showed positive results serum PSA was higher than 4ng/mL, and transrectal ultrasound resuits showed suspected abnormalities. Results：The results showed 20 cases were prostatic cancer,33 cases were benign prostatic hyperplasia, 2 cases were tuberculosis of prostate and 1 cases was leiomyosarcoma sarcoma. Conclusion：Biopsy guided by transrectal ultrasound is convenient and safe. At the same time, patients suffer less and have few complication. It can be widely used in clinical diagnosis and different diagnosis of prostate diseases.
