摘　　要：抗肿瘤免疫反应在肿瘤的综合治疗中起重要作用,它有助于消除传统疗法无法杀死的残余癌细胞。在抗肿瘤免疫治疗中,抗肿瘤肽的研究及应用日益引起人们的重视。研究业已表明,抗肿瘤活性肽可以通过多层次,多途径激发机体自身免疫反应,使肿瘤重新回到机体的免疫监视之下,从而发挥抗肿瘤效果。Antitumor immunity play an important role in cancer therapy, they can eliminate the residual cancer cells that failed by traditional therapy. Antitumor peptide research and application attracted people＇s attention increasingly in antitumor immunity therapy. Research had shown that antitumor activated peptides can get better antitumor effect through stimulate the autoimmune response and get back tumor in immunological surveillance again through multi -level and multi -ways.
