凿岩钻臂计算机控制系统及其实物试验分析

摘　　要：概述了全液压凿岩台车的七自由度钻臂定位及凿岩作业的计算机控制系统的软硬件结构，介绍了在ＮＨ１７８型凿岩台车的ＢＵＴ３５型钻臂上进行实物试验的情况，并对现场调试过程中出现的干扰问题和相应的处理措施做了叙述和分析．In this paper, the hardware and software of the computer control system of position and rockdrilling operating process for drilling boom are summarized. The case about the practical test of the control system is introduced. A BUT 35 boom of NH 178 rockdrilling jumbo was used in the test. The interference problem and solving methods in debugging process of test ground are analyzed.
