摘  要:毛泽东的个性教育思想是一种强调教育要尊重受教育者的自由、尊严、潜能和价值,以促进受教育者的个性自主和谐、生动活泼地发展的教育思想。归纳梳理、深刻反思毛泽东的个性教育思想,对于教育者把握思想政治教育的正确本质和方向,培养大批充满活力、有个性、思想政治素质过硬的建设者,具有重要的现实启迪价值。毛泽东的个性教育思想对思想政治教育的价值主要表现为:教育者要有强烈的发展学生个性的使命感、以正确的价值观指导学生的个性发展、在承认并研究学生差异的基础上因材施教、建立以学生发展为目标的思想政治教育评价体系。With emphasis on students' freedom, self-esteem and their potential, Mao Zedong's individuality education aims to promote a harmonious and vigorous development of their characters. Reflections on such educational thoughts of Mao Zedong's are of practical enlightening significance to educators' grasping the essence of ideological and political education and cultivating large quantities of competent socialist workers with vitality, individuality and reliable political quality. The main embodiments are: the educators should have a keen sense of duty to cultivate students' individuality, guide their mental growth with right values, teach them according to their disparate characters and aptitudes, and establish one students' development-oriented evaluation system of ideological and political education.
