摘　　要：企业业务流程是影响企业资源计划(ERP)成功实现的主要原因之一,企业流程重组(BPR)的对象是企业流程。工作流技术与BPR的有机结合能优化企业流程的重组,同时也能促进工作流技术的完善。The Enterprise Business Processes （ERP） is one of the main reasons affecting the implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning （ERP）. The target of Business Process Reengineering （BPR） is business flow. The integration of workflow technology with BPR can optimize the business process restructuring, hut also promote the improvement of workflow technology.
