摘 要:采用自行设计的柴油机微粒袋式取样系统,对6110型柴油机变工况下微粒排放做了研究。结果表明,在恒转速增扭矩变工况过程中,随着扭矩变化率的增大发动机的微粒排放量逐渐增加,并且发动机转速越低扭矩变化率对微粒排放量的影响越大。扭矩变化率对不可溶组份的影响不明显,微粒排放增加的主要因素是可溶性有机组份的增加。在恒转速减扭矩的变工况过程中,随着扭矩变化率的增大微粒排放量逐渐减小。Particulate emissions from an automotive D.I.diesel engine under several constant speeds and uniformly changed torque were experimentally studied by a bag sampling system developed by ourself.Test results showed that brake specific emission of particulates increases along with increase of torque rise rate,and the lower the engine speed is the bigger the effect of torque rise rate on particulate emissions.Effect of torque rise rate on dry soot is weak,increase of purticulate emissions is mainly due to increase of its soluble organic fraction.For operating conditions with uniformly drop of torque,particulate emissions decrease gradually with increase of torque drop rate.
