摘　　要：根据灰色GM(1,1)模型,对影响西北五省经济发展水平的指标进行分析,通过改进的灰色关联分析确定指标权重,从而对西北五省进行排序,并对其经济实力进行综合评价。The paper,which is based on the GM（1,1） model,aims to analyze the target having influence on the development of the five north - west provinces and sort out them through the coefficient determined by the analysis of gray relational decision.
