摘　　要：随着高新技术企业已逐渐成为现代市场竞争中的生力军,高新技术企业的商业秘密保护受到各国的高度重视。本文从高新技术企业中商业秘密保护的重要性出发,分析了高新技术企业中商业秘密保护存在的法律风险,并对企业商业秘密保护的法律风险的防范提出了若干意见,我国的高新技术企业应依据自身特点采取适当的商业秘密保护策略。High - tech enterprises have gradually become a modem force of market competition, and many countries attach importance to the protection of trade secrets in high - tech enterprises. This paper starts from the importance of the protection of trade secrets, analyses the legal risks of the protection of trade secrets, and give several suggestions on the protection of legal risk. the appropriate strategies should be takeh to forthe hightech enter prises protect trade secrets.
