摘　　要：从建设方的角度,结合工程实例分析了高校学生食堂在给排水和通风设计时容易产生的错误,探讨了地热水的出水能力和水质特点,从而引出在地热水给水设计中的盲点,并且为避免此类设计误区提出了针对性的意见和解决办法,以使设计能更好的满足使用要求。From the angle of constructor, the paper analyzes mistakes that may be made in the water draining and ventilation designing process of dining room in university, it discusses about the providing ability and water quality if terrestrial heating water, and thus derivates the blinding spot in providing design of terrestrial heating water, it also proposes relative suggestions and solving methods for such kind of designing mistakes. It aims to make the design could meet the using requirements more effective.
