摘 要:国人的"公德"与"私德"概念,是近现代以来中国思想界反思和批判传统文化的结果。以"私德"为特征的儒家伦理文化,面对科技革命与市场经济的新形势显示了不适应性,亟待变革。当前公民道德建设应加强全方位的社会公德教育,包括学校教育;在依法治国的基础上,积极和有效地拓展与人们日常生活密切相关的公共生活的空间。The concepts of "public morality" and "private. moraljty"spring from reflections and criticisms on Chinese traditional culture in the modern times. Facing the new tendency of scientific revolution and market economy, the Confucian ethical culture, with the core of private morality, needs urgently to be transformed and developed. Nowadays, the construction of citizens' morality should be focused on overall education of public morality including school education. Broaden positively and efficiently the scope of people's public life, which is closely associated with daily life.
