试论高校学习型基层党支部的创建

摘　　要：将学习型组织理论引入支部建设,是新时期加强党支部建设的一种探索和尝试,其实质是将党组织政治上的先进性同学习型这一现代管理理论的科学性有机结合起来。高校学习型党支部创建时代价值。分析学习型党支部的内涵特征、基本要求及创建途径是搞好创建活动的关键。To introduce the Study-model Organization Theory into the establishment of Communist Party branches is an exploration and attempt of strengthening the establishment of Communist Party branches under new conditions. Its essence is to combine the political advance of CP and the science of study-model such kind of modern management theory together. Study-model CP branches in universities could build modern value. Analyzing the connotation characteristics, basic requirements and creating ways of study-model CP branches is the key point of the establishment.
