摘  要:[目的]研究高尿酸血症与脂肪肝的危险因素及二者的相关性。[方法]运用流行病学调查方法调查987例脂肪肝患者的一般资料、尿酸等生化指标。[结果]①987例脂肪肝患者高尿酸血症392例,男女尿酸水平比较差异有统计学意义(t′=16.00,P﹤0.01),男性组41~50岁达峰值(31.19%);女性组51~60岁达峰值(21.68%);χ2检验差别具有统计学意义(χ2=90.14,χ2=129.31,P﹤0.01)。②多因素Logistic回归分析,饮酒、超重、高甘油三酯患者高尿酸血症相对危险度明显增高;饮酒、肥胖、高甘油三酯、高尿酸患者脂肪肝相对危险度明显增高。[结论]高尿酸血症及脂肪肝患者中青年多见,高尿酸血症与饮酒、超重、高甘油三酯呈正相关,脂肪肝与高尿酸血症、肥胖、高甘油三酯密切正相关。[Objective] To study high-risky factors of hyperuricemia and fatty liver and their relationship: [Methods] Used epidemiology method to investigate 987 eases of fatty liver. [ Results] (1)There were 392 hyperurieemia cases among 987 fatty liver cases. The uric acid level between male and female was obviously different (t'=16.00, P〈 0.01). The uric acid level of male patients aged 41-50 yeas old reached the peak (31.19%), female aged 51-60 yeas old reached the peak (21.68%). There was a significant difference through χ^2 test (χ^2= 90.14,χ^2 = 129.31, P 〈 0.01). (2)Logistic tests indicated that the increase of hyperuricemia was related to alcohol drinking, obesity, hypertriglyceridemic. [Conclusion] Hyperuricemia and fatty liver cases are mainly middle-aged and young people. Hyperuricemia positively is correlated to alcohol drinking, obesity and hypertriglyeeridemie. Fatty liver is correlated positively to hyperuricemia, obesity, hypertriglyceridemic.
