摘  要:[目的]建立花粉中微量锰的ICP—AES法,以了解花粉中锰含量,并为花粉中锰的卫生标准的制定提供参考依据。[方法]用微波消解法消解样品,测定其中的锰含量。[结果]方法检出限为0.13μg/L、线性范围为0.10~10.00μg/ml、相关系数r=0.9999、加标回收率为99.8%~102.1%、相对标准偏差为1.04%~2.27%。对市售13个品种30份样品中锰进行了检测,结果锰含量范围为16.45~486μg/ml。[结论]市售个别品种花粉中锰含量很高,食用时应避免锰摄入过量而引起锰中毒。[Objective] To develop a method to determinate trace manganese in pollen by ICP-AES. [Methods] The pollen was digested by microwave digestion. [ Results] the detection limit was 0.13μg/L, the linearity range was 0.10- 10.00μg/ml and the correlation eoefficent was 0.999 9. The recovery rate ranged from 99.8% to 102.1% and the RSD ranged from 1.04% to 2.27%. The proposed method was applied to Mn analysis of 30 samples with results between 16.45--486μg/ml. [Conclusion] Mn contents in some pollen are high and the manganese poisoning should be avoided.
