摘　　要：用血凝/血凝抑制试验(HA/HI)检测自制的猪血凝性脑脊髓炎病毒(HEV)氢氧化铝胶灭活苗和蜂胶佐剂灭活苗免疫BALB/c小鼠后的抗体效价,依据小鼠抗体效价比较不同免疫佐剂的效果。结果表明,用氢氧化铝胶佐剂配制的疫苗可刺激接种动物产生快速免疫应答反应,抗体产生效价高、维持时间长,其效果优于其它佐剂,有望成为HEV灭活疫苗的候选佐剂。The BALB/c mice were immunized with HEV inactive vaccines of two kinds of adjuvant, Al（OH）3 assistant in- active vaccine and propolis assistant inactive vaccine. The serum samples from mice were monitored with hemagglutination inhi- bition（HI）test. Comparison of different adjuvant effect was analyzed according to antibody titer of mice. The results showed that Al（OH）3 assistant inactive vaccine stimulated early immune response and produced a continuous and high level antibody. The vaccine candidacy of HEV inactivated vaccine with Al（OH）3 adjuvant was proposed.
