磷脂酶A2与溶血磷脂酸在大鼠脑缺血性损伤后的表达及相互关系研究

摘　　要：目的:研究大鼠脑缺血损伤后,脂蛋白磷脂酶A2(Lp-PLA2)与溶血磷脂酸(LPA)的表达及相互关系。方法:雄性Wistar大鼠30只,随机分为假手术组,脑缺血组,然后制作MCAO大鼠动物模型,记录大鼠的神经功能缺损情况,应用化学法检测LPA以及运用ELISA酶解法检测Lp-PLA2。结果:大鼠脑缺血后缺血组各时间点血清中PLA2、LPA的表达,同假手术组相比均明显增高,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:Lp-PLA2和LPA二者可能是脑缺血损伤的独立危险因素。Objective： To investigate the expression of Lp- PLA2 and LPA in rabbit＇s cerebral ischemia and their correlationship. Methods： Male wistar rabbits were randomly divided into group with pseudo - opeation and group with cerebral ischemia , then the model of MCAO was established. The nerve dysfuction was recorded and the level of LPA and Lp - PLA2 was detected by chemical methods and ELISA methods respectively. Resuits：The expression of PLA2 and LPA on various time after cerebral ischemia was statistically higher than those in group with pseudo- operation（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： LPA and PLA2 are related to the cerebral ischemia as independent risk factors.
