羟基磷灰石义眼台植入术20例临床分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨羟基磷灰石义眼台植入术的临床应用及其疗效。方法：观察20例20眼巩膜壳后肌锥间隙内羟基磷灰石义眼台植入术患者,Ⅰ期植入者9例,Ⅱ期植入者11例。结果：随访时间2～37个月,平均17个月,均获得较满意的效果。结论：巩膜壳后羟基磷灰石义眼台植入术,义眼台固定于肌锥间隙内,并保留了眼外肌与巩膜原有的解剖关系,损伤小,术后反应轻,并发症少。Objective.To investigate the clinical application and efficacy of implantation of movable hydroxyapatite （HA） Prosthesis. Methods. 20 eases of implantation of movable hydroxyapatite （HA） Prosthesis were observed, 9 cases were evisceration associated with primary implantation of movable hydroxyapatite （HA） Prosthesis, other 1leases were seneondary implantation of movable hydroxyapatite （HA） Prosthesis. Result：20 eases with 20 eyes were studied for 2- 37 months , main 17 months. All of them showed satisfactory therapeutic effects. Conclusion： In this theropentie method, hydroxyapatite （HA） Prosthesis is fixed in central space. The primary anatomy relation of selera and extraoeular tousles can be kept . This theropentie method can reduce the damage, after operation the reaction was light, the eompications ere few.
