摘  要:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取了海芒果果实的挥发油,并用气相色谱-质谱对其化学成分进行分析,经毛细管色谱分离出15个峰,并鉴定出各峰所对应的化合物。测定了海芒果果实精油对赤拟谷盗的活性,结果表明:海芒果果实的挥发油体积分数1mL/L在60h对内赤拟谷盗的忌避率都在80%以上,24、48、72h的LC50值分别为1.1679、1.5171、1.8268mL/L。The essential oil in the fruit of Cerbera manghas was extracted by steam distillation, and the chemical composition of it was analyzed by applying GC-MS. 15 Peaks were separated by capillary gas chromatography and all of them were identified. The activity determination of the essential oil of it to Tribolium castaneum Herbst was also researched. The result showed that the essential oil of the fruit of Cerbera manghas contains insecticidal active component and had better fumigation and repellent activity to Tribolium ferrugineum Fabricius. Repellent of test, repellentrate was over 80% when concentration was 1 mL/L in 60 h. In fumigation of test, LC50 was 1.1679, 1.5171 and 1.8268 mL/L for 24, 48 and 72 h.
