策略、规则与文化:高校学生社团的日常运作逻辑——基于对某高校两个学生社团的比较分析

摘　　要：该文从社团的日常管理、资源筹集方式、文化建设、代际传承和活动开展等方面对某高校的两个社团进行比较;从学生社团外部管理规则和日常运作策略两个层面分析了社团的日常运作逻辑,指出"走出去,引进来"、"活动嫁接"、"名人效应"等策略在社团运作中的重要性及其作用;以及社团文化建设和核心价值理念凝练对一个社团发展和传承的重义。A comparison of the two communities of a university was made in this paper, including the association＇s day-to-day management, approach of resource mobilization, cultural development, inter- generational transmission and activities. The day-to-day operation logic of community was analyzed from two levels： the external management rules and the daily operation strategy of student community.The importance and role of strategies in the operation of a society were indicated, such as ＂go outside to bring in＂,＂activities of graft＂, ＂celebrity effect＂. Finally, the construction of community culture and the concise of the core values concept in the development and re-transmission of a community was stressed.
