国产奥沙利铂联合氟尿嘧啶/亚叶酸钙治疗晚期结肠癌的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的评价国产奥沙利铂(L-OHP)联合氟尿嘧啶(5-Fu)/亚叶酸钙(CF)治疗晚期结肠癌的临床疗效和不良反应。方法25例晚期结肠癌患者给予国产L-OHP130mg/m2静脉滴注,持续4h第1天;CF200mg/m2静脉滴注,持续2h第1～5天;5-Fu500mg/m2静脉滴注,持续6h第1～5天;3周重复1次,化疗2周期评价疗效。结果25例均可评价疗效,完全缓解(CR)1例,部分缓解(PR)9例,稳定(SD)11例,进展(PD)4例,总有效率40.0%。不良反应为末梢神经毒性、腹泻、恶心呕吐、骨髓抑制。结论该方案疗效高,不良反应轻,患者均能耐受。Objective To evaluate the curative effect and toxicity of oxaliplatin （L-OHP）plus fluouraeil （5-Fu）/leu- covorin（CF） in advanced colorectalcancero Methods Twenty-five patients with advanced colorectal cancer received L-OHP 130mg/m2 was administered,iv infusion four hours dl ,CF20Omg/m2 iv infusion for two hours dl - d5,5-Fu 500mg/m2 iv infusion for six hours dl ~ dS. this regimen was repeated every 3 weeks, chemotherapy two periods valuation curative effect. Results 25 patients finally may appraise a curative effect equally,there were 1 cases of CR,9 cases of PR,11 cases of SD,4 cases of PD,the total effective rate（ CR ＋ PR） was 40.0%. The poisonous by-reaction is that nerve ending toxicity the diarrhoea, are nauseated a vomity, bone marrow restrains, ability accepts the evil light by reaction patient. Conclusion The schema is effective and safe with slight side reaction.
