摘　　要：胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白-5(IGFBP-5)在多种肿瘤患者的血清、肿瘤组织和细胞株中有不同的表达。在恶性脑膜瘤中表达较良性脑膜瘤减少;在前列腺癌中表达较正常组织增高。IGFBP-5的浓度可以影响某些肿瘤的生成。在一些非肿瘤性疾病中IGFBP-5表达也减少,有必要做更深一步的研究。Insulin-like growth factor binding protein -5 （IGFBP-5） occurs in a variety of tumors and it has different expression patterns in patients＇ serums, tumor tissues and cell lines. For example in the malignant meningioma, the expression of IGFBP- 5 decreases more than in malignant meningioma; while in prostate cancer, the expression of IGFBP-5 increases. Furthermore, the role of IGFBP-5 in certain tumors relates to its concentration. The expression of IGFBP-5 in some non-neoplastic diseases also decrease, so it necessary to make a thorough study.
