摘　　要：为了评价质量管理体系运行的有效性,提出了一种基于直觉模糊集和TOPSIS法的新方法.给出质量管理体系有效性的含义与特点,建立了质量管理体系运行有效性的评价指标体系;给出直觉模糊集的概念,并定义了两个直觉模糊集之间的距离,基于此提出基于直觉模糊集和TOPSIS法的质量管理体系运行的有效性评价方法.通过例证说明了该方法的可行性和有效性.A new method based on intuitionistic fuzzy sets and TOPSIS is proposed for assessing the effectiveness of quality management system. Concepts and characteristic of the effectiveness of quality management system are given, The indices system for evaluating the effectiveness of quality management system is proposed. The concept of intuitionistic fuzzy sets is put forward; the formula for measuring the distance between two intuitionistic fuzzy sets is defined, and a new fuzzy TOPSIS method for assessing the effectiveness of quality management system is developed. A numerical example showed that the method is valid.
