摘 要:目的:检测宫颈病变组织中水通道蛋白1的表达,探讨该蛋白在宫颈癌形成和演进进程中的意义。方法:用免疫组织化学SP法检测83例石蜡包埋宫颈组织中水通道蛋白1的表达,结合临床病理分型分析其表达的意义。结果:水通道蛋白1在慢性宫颈炎、宫颈上皮内瘤样病变(CIN)和宫颈癌组织中的阳性率分别为4.0%,33.3%和74.2%,3组样本中水通道蛋白1阳性率的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),宫颈癌病理学分级1+2级和3级相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。水通道蛋白1表达阳性率与CIN的分级,与宫颈癌临床分期、组织学分型和淋巴结转移无关(P>0.05)。结论:水通道蛋白1在宫颈癌前病变和宫颈癌组织中表达升高,可能在宫颈癌的发生发展过程中起重要作用。Objective:To detect the expression of aquaporin-1 (AQP1) protein in different stages of human cervical lesions and further to explore its possible role in tumor formation and progression. Method:Eighty three paraffin embedded specimens of the cervical lesions with different stages were examined with SP immunohistochemical methods, against AQP1. Results: The positive rates of AQP1 expression in cervicitis,cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN) and cervical cancer were 4.0% , 33.3% and 74.2% respectively, which had significant difference ( P 〈 0.05 ). The expression of AQP1 in cervical cancer had no association with FIGO stage, histological grade and lymph node metastasis ( P 〉 0.05 ), but had significant association to the pathologic grade ( G1 + G2 compared with G3 ) ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : Overexpression of AQP1 may be involved in the formation of cervical cancer.
