摘 要:目的研究3种树脂黏结剂和全瓷表面预处理方法对黏结微拉伸强度的影响。方法60个体积为5 mm×6 mm×8 mm瓷试件抛光后分成对照组和氢氟酸+硅烷偶联剂组(HF+SIL)组。每组试件分别采用3种树脂黏结剂(RelyX Unicem,Variolink或Panavia F)与复合树脂块黏结,37℃保存7天,切割成接触面积为1.0 mm2的25个柱形体。试件经热循环后,测量黏结微拉伸强度(uTBS)。结果HF+SIL组的uTBS明显高于对照组;对照组中RelyX Unicem的uTBS明显高于Variolink和Panavia F;HF+SIL组中RelyX Unicem和Variolink的uTBS明显高于Panavia F。结论新型黏结剂的黏结效果较好,表面预处理能显著提高树脂黏结剂的黏结强度。Objective To evaluate the microtensile bond strength effect of 3 resin cements to a ceramic submitted to surface conditioning treatments. Methods Sixty. 5 mm × 6 mm × 8 mm ceramic blocks were polished and divided into control group and HF + SIL group. Ceramic blocks in each group were cemented to the composite resin blocks with 3 resin cements(RelyX Unicem, Variolink or Panavia F). The composite resin-ceramic blocks were stored at 37 ℃ for 7days and sectioned to produce 25 beam specimens per group with a 1.0 mm2 cross-sectional area. Specimens were thermal cycled and tested mierotensile bond strength (uTBS). Results The surface conditioning factor was significant ( HF + SIL 〉 no conditioning). The uTBS of Rely X Unicem was significantly higher than that of Variolink and Panavia F in control groups. In HF + SIL group, Rely X Unicem and Variolink showed statistically higher uTBS compared with Panavia F. Conclusion Bonding efficient of new resin cement is better than the others. Surface conditioning treatments help to get significant bonding strength of resin cements.
