苞叶雪莲水提物对辐射损伤小鼠防护作用的研究

摘　　要：目的:初步探讨苞叶雪莲水提物对辐射损伤小鼠的防护作用。方法:观察苞叶雪莲水提物对小鼠体重、外周血白细胞、红细胞、血小板计数、骨髓有核细胞数、内源性脾结节数、骨髓DNA含量的影响。结果:照射后给予一定浓度的苞叶雪莲水提物,可使小鼠外周血白细胞、红细胞、血小板计数及骨髓有核细胞计数高于照射对照组(P<0.05),三个照射给药组骨髓DNA含量高于照射对照组(P<0.05),高剂量照射给药组内源性脾结节数高于照射对照组(P<0.01)。结论:苞叶雪莲水提物对辐射损伤小鼠造血系统有促损伤恢复作用,可能与促进骨髓细胞DNA损伤修复有关。Objective： To explore the radioprotective effects of the aqueous extract of Saussurea obvaUata to ^60 Co γ - rays irradiated mice. Methods： The radiation - damaged model that was established by making the mice exposed to ^60Co γ-rays at a dose of 6Gy was applied to evaluate the radioprotective effects of the aqueous extract of Saussurea obvallata. In experiments, the body weights of the mice ; erythrocyte,leukocyte, platelet counts in peripheral blood; bone marrow DNA contents; number of karyota of femur in mice, and the endogenous spleen colony forming units were measured. Results：Mter irradiation the different doses of aqueous extract of Saussurea obvallata were administrated into the stomachs of the mice. In the high dose drug group,the hematological parameters and the number of karyota of femur were higher than the irradiating control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The bone marrow DNA contents increased significantly in the three experiment groups compared with the irradiating control group（P 〈 0.05）. The endogenous spleen colony forming unit counts were higher in the high dose and median dose drug groups than the irradiating control group （P = 0. 001 ）. Conclusion：The aqueous extract of Saussurea obvallata can promote the recovery of hematological function of ^60Co γ- rays irradiated mice and one of the mechanisms is likely to promote the repair of DNA damage.
