摘　　要：化疗是治疗非小细胞肺癌的主要手段,但是由于耐药的存在,使化疗疗效大大降低。研究表明一些基因表达水平是影响某些化疗药物疗效的重要因素。现对非小细胞肺癌常用化疗药物吉西他滨相关耐药标志物RRM1近年来国内外的研究进展做一综述。The chemotherapy is the main method in the non- small cell lung cancer（NSCLC）, but because of the drug resistance, the effects of chemotherapy reduces greatly. The research indicated that the expression level of some genes is an important attribute to affects certain chemotherapy response. RRM1 is one of the drug resistance markers of gemcitabine, which is a common chemotherapeutics of NSCLC. Now we review the domestic and foreign research progress of RRM1 in recent years.
