乳石煎液对乳腺癌患者细胞免疫功能的修复作用

摘　　要：背景与目的探讨乳石煎液对乳腺癌患者免疫功能的修复作用及其机理。方法用流式细胞术检测两组患者化疗前、后血液中T细胞、B细胞、NK细胞的绝对数值及癌组织、引流淋巴结中CD83、CD80、CD86表达水平的变化。结果对照组患者化疗后总T、Th、Ts、NK、B细胞数及癌组织、腋窝淋巴结CD83、CD80、CD86水平比化疗前明显降低(P<0.05)。治疗组化疗前、后总T、Th、Ts、NK、B细胞数及癌组织、腋窝淋巴结细胞CD83、CD80、CD86水平无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论肿瘤本身、化疗对机体免疫功能产生不良影响,乳石煎液可帮助修复机体的免疫损伤。其机理可能与激活树突状细胞功能,上调共刺激分子水平有关。Background and objective To investigate the repairing mechanism of Rushi Decoction on cellular immunofunction in patients with breast cancer on cellar and molecular level. Methods The blood, tumor tissue and axillary lymph node samples were evaluated with the flow cytometry for T cell, Nk cell, B cell, CD83, CD80, CD86 before and after neoadujvant chemotherapy. Results The levels of CD83, CD80, CD86, T cell, NK cell, B cell were singificantly decreased in control group （treated with neoadujvant chemotherapy plus surgery） （P〈0.0S）and in study group （treated with neoadujvant chemotherapy plus surgery with Rushi Decoction）the levels were not significantly decreased compared between before and after neoadujvant chemotherapy （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The cellular immunity was inpaired considerably by neoadujvant chemotherapy. Neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined with Rushi Decoction can enhance the cellular immunity considerably.
