摘　　要：为了解Super Size浆料的浆液及浆膜性能,对Super Size浆料的黏度热稳定性、浆膜性能、浆液黏附力等指标进行了测试,采用Super Size浆料对T/C 13 tex纱和CJ 9.7 tex纱进行上浆,并与含PVA的配方进行了浆纱质量的对比,试验结果表明:用Super Size浆料完全取代PVA对纯棉纱和涤棉纱进行上浆,浆纱毛羽降低率提高,减伸率降低。To know sizing and size mixture film property of Super Size mixture, its viscosity thermal stability, size mixture film property,sizing adhesion force et al indexes were tested. T/C 13 rex yarn and CJ 9.7 rex yarn were sized by Super Size mixture and contrasted to yarn sized with PVA. The test result shows that sizing hairiness reducing rate could be improved through applying Super Size mixture replacing PVA fully on cotton yarn and polyester cotton blended yarn.
