摘 要:目的观察阿魏酸对激素性股骨头缺血性坏死模型TXB2及6-keto-PGF1α的影响。方法选用中国大白兔制作激素性股骨头缺血性坏死模型。A组(正常对照组)每日腹腔注射生理盐水10ml;B组为激素性股骨头缺血性坏死模型组,C组为激素性股骨头缺血性坏死模型+阿魏酸组,在腹腔注射甲基强的松龙结束后腹腔注射阿魏酸。进行组织学检查以及TXB2、6-keto-PGF1α检测。结果C组TXB2低于B组,而6-keto-PGF1α高于B组;与A组比较,两指标差异均无显著性。结论阿魏酸钠能降低实验动物TXB2,升高6-keto-PGF1α,维持TXB2、6-keto-PGF1α的动态平衡,能够有效的对抗从而减轻激素引起的机体血瘀情况,减少激素股骨头坏死的发生率。Objective: To study the effect of ferulic acid on TXB2 and 6-keto-PGF-1α in animal models of ischemic necrosis of femur head induced by steroids. Methods: Chinese white rabbits were used to establish animal modes of ischemie necrosis of femur head induced by steroids. Group A was injected 10ml physiological saline by intraperitoneal injection. Group B was the animal mode of ischemic necrosis of femur head induced by steroids. Group C was injected ferulie acid after methylprednisolone, all by intraperitoneal injection. Histological inspection was executed, meanwhile the levels of TXB2 and 6-keto-PGF-1α was determined. Results: The levels of TXB2 of Group C were lower and 6-keto-PGF-1α were higher than those of Group B, significantly. There was no significant difference between Group C and A. Conclusion: Ferulic acid can decrease the level of TXB2, increase the level of 6-keto-PGF-1α in the experimental animals, and keep the homeostasis between the two cytokines. It can alleviate the blood stasis of the body and decrease the incidence of ischemie necrosis of femur head induced by steroids.
