摘　　要：调温纺织品是将相变材料与纤维和纺织品制造技术相结合开发出的一种新型功能性产品。以液体石蜡作为芯材料,合成了直径大约3.0μm的聚脲型相变微胶囊,并用涂层方法制备了汽车座椅用相变调温纺织品。测试了微胶囊的形貌、粒径及粒径分布,探讨了涂层工艺的各影响因素,分析了调温纺织品的物理性能和热性能。Temperature regulating textile is a new functional product and the preparation of fiber and textiles. By using liquid which combined the phase change materials paraffin as a core material, by using interfacial polycondensation method to prepare polyurea mieroeapsules about 3.0μm in diameter containing phase change material. And the microcapsules were coated on the fabrics to make the temperature adaptable textiles. The morphology of microcapsule, particle size and size distribution were characterized, effective factors of coating process were discussed, and also the physical property and thermal property of the textiles were analyzed.
