棘球蚴抗原B诱导小鼠皮肤移植免疫逃避的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:探索棘球蚴抗原B对小鼠皮肤移植的影响。方法:以近交系C57雄性小鼠60只为供体,Balb/c雄性小鼠100只为受体建立尾部皮肤移植实验模型。将100只受体小鼠随机分为5组,每组20只,于术后经肌肉注射给药。空白组给予生理盐水;实验组给予纯化后抗原B(100μg/10g);阳性对照组给予FK506(3μg/10g);手术Ⅰ组行同系间的皮肤移植(不予干预);手术Ⅱ组单纯切取与前几组相同大小的创口,不做移植操作。移植后观察移植皮片的存活时间及病理变化。结果:空白组皮片生存时间为(6.75±1.282)d,阳性对照组为(12.50±1.309)d,实验组为(10.25±1.669)d,三组生存时间比较,差异有统计学意义;空白组、阳性对照组、实验组移植皮片病理分析示差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:棘球蚴抗原B作用于小鼠皮肤移植可以延长移植皮片的存活时间,病理结果显示其可以延缓移植排斥的发生。Objective. To investigate the influence of skin transplantation in rat with antigen B of hydatid cyst. Methods： Sixty male C57 and Balb/c mice were respectively used as donors and recipients of skin transplantation, Sixty recipient mice were divided randomly into 5 groups, every group was 20 mice. After the operation beginning to interfere, the blank group, the control group and the positive control was injected respectively through muscle with NS, antigen 13-100 μg/10 g/d, FK506-3 μg/10 g/d. The operated group one was experience isograft transplantation without any intervention. But operated group two only cut off same Sizes＇skin as control group. After the transplantation to observe the live time of graft and the pathological changing. Results. according to the result, the live time of graft was respectively 6. 75 ±1. 282, 12.50±1. 309, 10.25±1. 669 in the blank control group ,the control group and thepositive control, all of them had statistical difference （P〈0.05）. The pathology results indicated：in group blank control, control group and positive control group, all of them had statistical difference （P 〈0. 005）. Conclusions： The antigen B of hydatid cyst can prolong the live time of graft in rat＇s transplantation, and results of pathologic showed that it also can delay happening of graft rejection.
