睡眠视频脑电监测对癫诊断及疗效评估的价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨睡眠视频脑电监测(Sleep-VEEG)对癫(epilepsy,EP)诊断及疗效评估的价值。方法:对98例拟诊为EP和60例EP治疗后复查的病例均进行5～10小时的Sleep-VEEG监测,并与常规脑电图(REEG)检查结果对比分析。结果:REEG正常的98例疑诊病例中Sleep-VEEG检查结果正常12例,异常86例,异常率87.75%,其中25例捕捉到同步发作并能明确发作性质及类型;48例EP治疗2年后REEG检查正常者复查Sleep-VEEG,异常31例,异常阳性率为64.58%,与REEG检查结果比较差异有显著性。结论:睡眠VEEG监测可提高EP诊断阳性率和准确率,对EP诊断及分型和临床随访疗效评估具有重要价值。Objective：To investigate the value of sleep VEEG monitoring in diagnosis and appraisal of curative effect of epilepsy. Methods：98 cases with epilepsy suspected and 60 cases with epilepsy diagnosed after drugs treatment were monitored by sleep VEEG for 5 - 10 hours and compared with results of REEG. Results：In the 98 cases suspected , 12 cases are normal and 86 cases are abnormal. The abnormal rate is 87.75 %. 25 cases synchronizing seizure were captured and identified the character. In the 48 cases after 2 years treated reexamined ,31 cases are abnormal, 17 cases are normal,the abnormal rate is 64.58%.The difference of comparison betwecn sleep VEEG and REEG is more significant. Conelusions：SleepVEEG can improve the positive rate and accurate rate of epilepsy and was of important value in the diagnosis and classification of epilepsy and clinical follow - up and appraisal of curative effect.
