摘　　要：为了进一步落实国家教育部关于高校思想政治理论课改革"05新方案",增强高校思想政治理论课的针对性和实效性,文章提出了基于"以学生为本"的思想政治理论课开放式教学新模式,阐述了其基本内容,分析了构建这种新模式的重大意义,以及实施思想政治理论课开放式教学需要解决的关键问题。In order to further carry out the “new programme 2005” of the Ministry of Education＇ s reform on ideologicaland political course and strengthen pertinency and practicability of ideological and political course in colleges and univer-sities, the author puts forward the new opening teaching pattern of ideological and political course. In this paper, the author demonstrates the basic content of the new form, analyzes the important meaning of constructing this new pattern and the key problem that needs to be resolved in implementing opening teaching of ideological and political course.
