摘　　要：目的：观察鱼油对肾病大鼠高脂血症的治疗作用。方法：将雄性Ｗｉｓｔａｒ大鼠随机分成４组，分别用单次静脉注射阿霉素和饲喂高脂饲料的方式建立阿霉素肾病（Ａ和Ｂ组）和食饵性肾病（Ｃ和Ｄ组）模型。从实验第５周起，Ａ和Ｃ组给予鱼油１ｍｌ／ｄ治疗，Ｂ和Ｄ组作为对照组。于实验不同时间测定各组大鼠总胆固醇（ＴＣ）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（ＬＤＬ－Ｃ）和三酰甘油（ＴＧ）。结果：实验３周末各组大鼠ＴＣ、ＬＤＬ－Ｃ和ＴＧ均显著升高，同时出现严重蛋白尿。经鱼油治疗６周后，Ａ和Ｃ组ＴＧ、ＴＣ和肾皮质内血栓素Ｂ２含量较对照组显著降低，尿蛋白排泄量亦显著减少，但ＬＤＬ－Ｃ无明显改变。结论：鱼油对肾病大鼠有良好的降血脂作用。Objective: To observe the effect of fish oil on the nephrotic hyperlipidemia in rats. Methods: Male Wistar rats were randomized into 4 groups and nephrosis was induced by a single intravenous injection of adriamycin (group A and B) or by feeding high cholesterol diet(group C and D) respectively. From the 5th week on,rats in group A and C were treated with fish oil (1 ml/d), and rats in group B and D were treated as control.Serum levels of TC, LDLC and TG were measured at different time intervals during the course. Results: At the end of the 3rd week,serum levels of TC, LDLC and TG increased significantly, and severe proteinuria occurred in every group of rats. After treatment for 6th week with fish oil,serum TG and TC levels, urine protein excretion and TXB2 content in renal cortexes in group A and C decreased significantly compared to the controls, while LDLC had no significant change. Conclusion: Fish oil has good lipidlowering effect in rats with nephrotic hyperlipidemia and could improve the degree of proteinuria.
