针刺复合卡马西平与单纯卡马西平治疗三叉神经痛的临床对照观察

摘　　要：目的观察比较针刺疗法与口服卡马西平（CBZ）相结合,和单纯口服卡马西平治疗三叉神经痛的疗效。方法对36例三叉神经痛患者进行治疗前分组,针刺加口服CBZ组（20例）和口服CBZ组（16例）,并给予相应的治疗,10周后行疗效及药物不良反应的评价。结果针刺加口服CBZ组镇痛效果稳定,有效时间显著延长,且可逐渐减少CBZ口服量,该药引起的不良反应减少。有效率分别为90.0%（18/20例）及81.3%（13/16例）,P〈0.05。结论针刺复合卡马西平治疗三叉神经痛具有疗效稳定、镇痛时间延长、CBZ口服量及不良反应减少等优点。Objective To investigate and compare the efficacy between carbamazepine and carbamazepine combined with acupuncture in treating trigeminal neuralgia. Methods Thirty six patients with trigeminal neuralgia were divided into two groups, CBZ groups （16 patients） and acupuncture combined with CBZ group （20 patients）. After 10 weeks, the efficacy and safety were evaluated. Results The analgesic effect in the acupuncture combined with CBZ group was stabile, and the effective time was significantly extend. The oral dose of CBZ can be gradually reduced in the acupuncture combined with CBZ group, and the adverse reaction of CBZ can be effectively reduced also. The effective rates were 90.0% （18/20 cases）and 81.3% （13/16 cases） in the two groups respectively（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The effective time can be extended with acupuncture combined with CBZ to treat trigeminal neuralgia,the oral dose and adverse reaction of CBZ can be reduced,and analgesic effect is stable.
