摘  要:目的观察安体维康对环磷酰胺(cy)所致免疫功能低下小鼠T淋巴细胞转化的刺激和增强体液免疫作用。方法将60只BALB/C小鼠,随机分为对照组、模型组、珍奥核酸组和安体维康低、中、高剂量组,每组10只。各组于给药第11天,除对照组外,余均造成小鼠免疫功能低下模型。摘取脾脏,制成脾细胞悬液,观察脾脏T淋巴细胞转化的刺激指数。结果模型组脾脏T淋巴细胞转化刺激指数明显低于对照组(P<0.05),表明cy所致免疫功能低下模型成功;珍奥核酸组、安体维康中、高剂量组能明显增强cy所致免疫功能低下小鼠脾脏T淋巴细胞转化的刺激指数(P<0.05)。结论安体维康高、中剂量均能明显增强cy所致免疫功能低下小鼠T淋巴细胞转化的刺激指数,提示该药具有增强体液免疫作用。Objective To observe the effect of antivirus compound (ATVC)on T-lymphocyte transformation in hypoimmune mice induced by cyclophosphamide (cy)and on humoral immunity strengthening by Chinese herbal medicine. Methods 60 BALB/C mice were randomized into control group, model group, zhenao capsule group, low, middle and high dose groups of ATCV, 10 mice in each one. Except control group, on the 11 th day of medication, hypoimmune mouse models were established in the rest groups. The spleen was removed and spleen cell suspension was prepared to observe stimulation index of T-lymphocyte in the spleen. Results In model groups, stimulation indexes of T-lymphocyte transformation of the spleen were all reduced apparently compared with that in control group(P〈0.01) , indicating the success of hypoimmune models induced by cy. The treatment of zhenao capsule group, and middle and high dose groups of ATCV increased stimulation indexes of T-lymphocyte transformation of the spleen significantly in cy-induced hypoimmune mice(P〈0.01). Conclusion ATVC in high and middle dose increases stimulation in- dexes of T-lymphocyte transformation in the spleen apparently in cy - induced hypoimmune mice, which suggests that this drug can enhance humoral immunity.
